Investors in properties redeveloped, or as we say "ecohabbed", by ecoSMART typically realize double digit returns with our strategic approach to targeting and "ecohabbing" properties for resale. Investors have the opportunity to fund multi-property deals with an average turnover period of approximately three to four months per property. The return on investment rate by property varies, depending on the type of property, location, and holding period. Typically the expected returns are in the annualized range of 15%-30%.

Can buy at 30%-60% of current as-is value

A recent McGraw Hill study showed 81% of homebuyers would prefer to buy a green home rather than a traditional home, even in this current down economy.
